Board of directors

**Ph.D. Eng. Piotr Danielski President of the Board** Chairman of the team for energy efficiency at the Forum of Electricity and Gas Consumers. He has extensive academic and professional experience, and his publications have gained wide recognition in the industry.

**Ph.D. Dominik BrachVice President of the Board** Specialist in finance and risk. Co-developed R&D projects related to financing energy-efficient investments in industry and managing industrial properties, combining academic knowledge with business practice.

**Msc. Eng. Przemysław Kurylas Proxy / Chief Operating Officer** Specialist in energy data analysis and electrical measurements. Associated with DBE for over 12 years. He has extensive experience in conducting and supervising audit and investment works.

Sales Department

**Sebastian Jankowski Director of Product and Offer Management** Associated with industrial power engineering for 28 years. At DB Energy SA, he is responsible for energy consultancy covering media procurement (energy, gas), tariffing, and energy efficiency in the context of cost-effective industrial decarbonization.

**Emil Szymański Key Account Manager** Graduate of the Faculty of Physiotherapy at AWF Wrocław. Has 25 years of experience as a Key Account Manager (10 years in maintenance and 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry). He has been working at DB Energy for one year and is responsible for managing key clients.

**Karol Komar Technical Key Account Manager** Mechanical engineer focused on combining technical knowledge with developing soft skills. Gained experience in the production and engineering sector by implementing optimization projects. Parliamentary adviser for infrastructure and energy.

Audit Department

**Msc. Eng. Katarzyna Kuśnierz Project Manager** Graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. She earned an engineering degree in Power Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering. Currently works as a Project Manager. Specialist in thermodynamics, heating, and refrigeration.

Msc. Eng. Anna
Marchut Project Manager Graduate of Rzeszów University of Technology. Specialist with over 10 years of experience in thermodynamics, heating, refrigeration, renewable energy, and carbon footprint calculations.

**Msc. Eng. Przemysław Wojciechowski Project Manager** Graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He earned an engineering degree in Power Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering. He completed a master's degree in Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning at the same faculty.

Msc. Eng. Urszula
Dudek Senior Project Engineer Graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, she earned a bachelor's degree in Energy and then pursued a master's degree in the same field, taught in English. She gained professional experience in the food industry, working in the energy media department.

Msc. Eng. Karol
Gawlikowski Senior Project Engineer Graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, holding both engineering and master’s degrees in Power Machines and Devices. Participated in numerous projects focused on reducing energy consumption in industrial plants. Specializes in thermodynamics, heating, and refrigeration.

**Msc. Eng. Arch. Wiktoria Krawczyk Project Engineer** Graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, holding engineering and master’s degrees. Completed postgraduate studies in Energy Characterization and Audit at the same university. Specializes in thermodynamics, heating, and refrigeration.

**Eng. Michał Worek Project Engineer** Graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, energy engineer specializing in distributed energy. Member of the Association of Energy Auditors, specializes in consulting and implementing modernization projects reducing energy consumption and emissions.

eng. Mateusz Chachuła — Eng. Mateusz
Chachuła Project Engineer A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, he is an energy engineer specializing in professional power engineering. He gained practical experience in the heating and cooling sectors, developing competencies in the operation, maintenance, and operation of energy systems.

**Msc. Eng. Nikola Worpus Junior Project Engineer** Graduate of renewable energy and waste management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, with experience in energy audits of large enterprises. Focuses on energy efficiency, emission reduction, and implementing renewable energy technologies, supporting the energy transition.

**Msc. Eng. Michał Jochym Junior Project Engineer** A graduate of the Electromechatronics and Climate Neutrality programs at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, he has experience in industrial maintenance and research on energy droughts. He helps teams reduce energy consumption and the carbon footprint of businesses.

**Dominik Sitek Junior Project Engineer** Student of industrial automation at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, with experience in research projects, photovoltaic installations and maintenance. Supports the energy audit team, focusing on energy efficiency and practical implementation of technologies.

Investment Department

**Msc. Eng. Marek Szczęsny Head of Investment Implementation** Investment manager with over 17 years of experience in construction and industrial projects in international markets - from design to construction supervision. Specializes in cost optimization, increasing profitability, and streamlining operational processes.

**Msc. Eng. Damian Hadro Contract Manager** Graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology and postgraduate studies in Project Management at Wrocław University of Economics, holder of IBM CRC certification in project management. Specializes in managing investment projects with the waterfall methodology.

**Msc. Eng. Rafał Matuszek Contract Manager** Graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering, member of the Lower Silesian Chamber of Civil Engineers, authorized to design and supervise sanitary installations. Specializes in heat and cooling source installations and distribution systems.

**Paulina Wątły Project Manager** A graduate of Renewable Energy Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, she has experience in renewable energy project management, development processes, and hydrogen technologies. She works as a Project Manager at DB Energy, responsible for coordinating projects implemented in cooperation with OKAM.

Design Department

**Msc. Eng. Arch. Łukasz Brach Architect** Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Wrocław University of Technology, majoring in Architecture and Urban Planning, and Wrocław University of Economics, majoring in Management and Marketing.
Member of the Lower Silesian Regional Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland (DS.-1828). Building license in the architectural specialty for design without restrictions (47/DSOKK/2016).

Financial and Administrative Department

**Ph.D. Łukasz Feldman Financial Director** Specializes in implementing capital investments, including ESCO models. With DB Energy since 2017. Responsible for financing company operations and structuring transactions in ESCO models.

**Paulina Czaja Head of Administration and HR** A graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, she has been with the company since 2011. At DB Energy, she coordinates team work and is responsible for human resources and payroll. She is confident in herself and her abilities, efficiently delegates tasks, and is adept at decision-making. She focuses not only on herself but also on the development of the entire team.

**Olga Kołbasicz Finance Specialist** Graduate of the Faculty of Management, University of Wrocław. With DB Energy since January 2021. Primarily responsible for financial controlling and fulfilling company’s reporting obligations as a publicly listed entity.

**Monika Pacuła Contract and Settlement Specialist** A graduate of the University of Wrocław, she has been with the company since 2020. At DB Energy, she is responsible for the analysis and settlement of concluded contracts. She supports technical departments in administrative and accounting matters. She is characterized by systematicity and accuracy, independence, and creativity in her assigned tasks.

**Paulina Żebrowska Office Assistant** Within the DB Energy team, she handles document circulation, on-site meetings, and email and phone contact with the office. She oversees the company's vehicle fleet and office supplies. On a daily basis, she fosters a great atmosphere and spreads her positive spirit.

Marketing Department

**Karolina KozakMarketing Specialist** Graduate of the Institute of Journalism and Social Communication, University of Wrocław. Specializes in branding and social media content creation. Works as a marketing specialist at DB Energy, managing media content and internal and external communication.

Summary of 2025 at DB Energy

The year 2025 brought several interesting projects, new partnerships, and continued support for companies in achieving cost-effective decarbonisation. DB Energy has been operating since 2009. Since then, we have carried out over 1,500 energy efficiency audits and developed projects with a total value exceeding PLN 5.63 billion. Our activities have helped reduce energy consumption at our clients’ facilities by more than 9.8 TWh per year, resulting in annual savings of over PLN 2.2 billion. In 2025, we signed several key agreements, established new partnerships, published our industry report, and delivered many other important initiatives.
