DB Energy as EFESO’s advisor – supporting international energy efficiency projects
We have signed a framework cooperation agreement with EFESO Consulting – one of the leading global operational consulting firms specializing in industrial process optimization and sustainability. The agreement, valid for two years, covers our involvement in implementing energy efficiency projects for EFESO’s industrial clients in international markets.

EFESO is another international partner of DB Energy with whom we will implement comprehensive projects in the field of energy efficiency. The acquired experience and project references will accelerate the implementation of DB Energy’s development strategy in foreign markets.
Who is EFESO Consulting?
EFESO is one of the five largest global operational consulting firms. The company operates in 35 offices worldwide and carries out nearly 900 consulting projects each year, supporting industrial clients in areas such as energy transition, production optimization, digitalization, and sustainability.
Cooperation with EFESO gives us the opportunity to co-create comprehensive solutions for industry that combine operational performance with energy efficiency.
Our role and competencies
Under the signed agreement, our specialists will cooperate with EFESO teams on selected projects for international industrial clients. Our activities include:
- identifying initiatives to improve energy efficiency,
- developing modernization projects,
- implementing investments in ESCO and EPC models,
- managing energy efficiency,
- monitoring and predictive maintenance of installations using our DiagSys system.
We have unique experience – over 10 years we have carried out more than 1,000 energy audits, generating projects with a total value exceeding PLN 2.4 billion.

The energy efficiency market is entering a phase of dynamic growth, driven by both rising energy costs and environmental regulations. Industry worldwide now needs real, measurable actions to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
