DB Energy as EFESO’s advisor – supporting international energy efficiency projects

Together we implement international energy efficiency projects.

This is an important step for us in developing consulting services and expanding abroad. Our project experience and references gained in Poland are now becoming tangible support for globally operating companies.

EFESO is one of the five largest global operational consulting firms. The company operates in 35 offices worldwide and carries out nearly 900 consulting projects each year, supporting industrial clients in areas such as energy transition, production optimization, digitalization, and sustainability.

Cooperation with EFESO gives us the opportunity to co-create comprehensive solutions for industry that combine operational performance with energy efficiency.

Under the signed agreement, our specialists will cooperate with EFESO teams on selected projects for international industrial clients. Our activities include:

• identifying initiatives to improve energy efficiency,
• developing modernization projects,
• implementing investments in ESCO and EPC models,
• managing energy efficiency,
• monitoring and predictive maintenance of installations using our DiagSys system.

We have unique experience – over 10 years we have carried out more than 1,000 energy audits, generating projects with a total value exceeding PLN 2.4 billion.

The energy efficiency market is entering a phase of dynamic growth, driven by both rising energy costs and environmental regulations. Industry worldwide now needs real, measurable actions to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.

Thanks to cooperation with EFESO, we can scale our know-how and support the energy transition beyond Poland – based on common standards, methodologies, and international experience.

We aim to continue developing in foreign markets and increase the share of exports in our sales structure. Partnerships with companies such as EFESO allow us to operate on a new scale – while maintaining the quality we have been offering to Polish industry for years.
