DB Energy awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal – confirming our business responsibility

EcoVadis is a leading global sustainability and ethics rating platform in supply chains. The agency assesses more than 75,000 companies in over 160 countries each year, including those from the industrial, food, chemical, automotive, and energy sectors. The EcoVadis rating is used by many global clients as a tool for supplier and partner qualification.

The assessment methodology covers four key areas:

• Environment – resource consumption, emissions, renewables, waste management,
• Labor and human rights – health and safety, equality, workers’ rights,
• Business ethics – anti-corruption, regulatory compliance, transparency,
• Sustainable procurement – supply chain responsibility.

The assessment is based on international standards such as:

• ISO 26000,
• Global Reporting Initiative (GRI),
• United Nations Global Compact,
• International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.

The high EcoVadis rating confirms that our business approach:
