DB Energy announces a change in the CEO position. The role is assumed by Dr. Eng. Piotr Danielski – co-founder of the company and an expert in industrial decarbonization.

DB Energy, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and specializing in energy efficiency and industrial decarbonization, announces a change in the position of President of the Management Board. The new President is Dr. Eng. Piotr Danielski – co-founder of the company, former Vice President of the Management Board, and one of the main shareholders. Engaged for years in the development of DB Energy and the energy transformation of industry, he will now lead the company into the next stage of dynamic growth.

Experience and vision of the new President

Dr. Eng. Piotr Danielski is a recognized expert in the field of electrical power systems for industrial plants, with over a decade of experience in implementing projects that increase energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions in international markets. He is a graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where he earned a PhD in Engineering, the author of numerous publications, and an active participant in international industry conferences.

Summary of 2025 at DB Energy

The year 2025 brought several interesting projects, new partnerships, and continued support for companies in achieving cost-effective decarbonisation. DB Energy has been operating since 2009. Since then, we have carried out over 1,500 energy efficiency audits and developed projects with a total value exceeding PLN 5.63 billion. Our activities have helped reduce energy consumption at our clients’ facilities by more than 9.8 TWh per year, resulting in annual savings of over PLN 2.2 billion. In 2025, we signed several key agreements, established new partnerships, published our industry report, and delivered many other important initiatives.
